..........FOR GOD SO LOVED HE GAVE.......................................... HE GAVE THE GREATEST GIFT EVER. HE GAVE MORE THAN WE'VE EVER THOUGHT ABOUT. GOD LOVED MANKIND, HE LOVED YOU SO MUCH, THAT HE SET IN MOTION A GIFT THAT WOULD CHANGE THIS EARTH FOREVER. WHEN JESUS WAS BORN INTO THE EARTH AS A HUMAN BEING.. THE WORD BECAME FLESH AND DWELT AMONG US. NOT ONLY DID THIS CHANGE EARTH AND MANKIND FOREVER, BUT IT CHANGED HEAVEN FOREVER. PHILIPPIANS 2:6-11 (AMP) Philippians 2:6-11 6Who, although being essentially one with God and in the form of God [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make God God], did not think this equality with God was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained, 7But stripped Himself [of all privileges and rightful dignity], so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like men and was born a human being. 8And after He had appeared in human form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross! 9Therefore [because He stooped so low] God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, 10That in (at) the name of Jesus every knee should (must) bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11And every tongue [frankly and openly] confess and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. New Living Translation Philippians 2:6-11: 6 Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. 7 Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, 8 he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. 9 Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. King James Version Philippians 2:6-11: 6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. The AMP. and the NLV. versions make it more plain that what Jesus had in being equal with God was not more important for him to cling on to, as it was for him to come to earth as a man , to be our substitute. He laid aside ALL of his Godly atributes, and put on flesh, and was born into the earth. He became the Son of Man. He did this for mankind, for me, and for you. JOHN 1:6-14 Amplified Bible John 1:6-14:6There came a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7This man came to witness, that he might testify of the Light, that all men might believe in it [adhere to it, trust it, and rely upon it] through him. 8He was not the Light himself, but came that he might bear witness regarding the Light. 9There it was--the true Light [was then] coming into the world [the genuine, perfect, steadfast Light] that illumines every person. 10He came into the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him [did not know Him]. 11He came to that which belonged to Him [to His own--His domain, creation, things, world], and they who were His own did not receive Him and did not welcome Him. 12But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name-- 13Who owe their birth neither to [a]bloods nor to the will of the flesh [that of physical impulse] nor to the will of man [that of a natural father], but to God. [They are born of God!] 14And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth. Jesus came and walked a sinless life. He did what Adam failed to do. He became the last Adam. JOHN 3:16 King James Version John 3:16: 16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. HEAVEN AND EARTH WOULD BE CHANGED FOREVER. GOD GAVE HIS SON. YOU MIGHT SAY WELL MICHAEL HE GOT HIM BACK. JESUS GAVE UP HIS HEAVENLY ATTRIBUTES , HIS GLORY , AND STEPPED OUT OF ETERNITY AND INTO TIME. YOU MIGHT SAY WELL MICHAEL HE GOT ALL THAT BACK. THE SAME JESUS THAT GOD SENT INTO THE EARTH WAS NOT GOING TO BE THE SAME JESUS HE WOULD GET BACK. JESUS WAS NOW A BORN-AGAIN MAN. THE LAST ADAM. HE CAME FROM A PLACE THAT HAD NO SIN, SICKNESS, POVERTY, DEATH, PAIN, HATE, TALE BEARING GOSSIPERS , AND DISORDER. HE CAME FROM A PLACE WHERE HE WAS HONORED. HE CAME FROM A PLACE WHERE TIME WASN'T A FACTOR. HE CAME FROM A PLACE WHERE HE COULD NOT CONCEIVE OF ANYONE CHOOSING DEATH OVER LIFE. A PLACE WHERE TRUTH IS ALL THERE WAS. A PLACE WHERE THERE WAS NO DARKNESS. HE LOST HIS INNOCENCE. Innocence Function: noun1 a : freedom from guilt or sin through being unacquainted with evil ; lack of worldly experience or sophistication ; lack of knowledge HE BECAME SIN FOR US. HE WALKED IN A WORLD FULL OF ALL SORTS OF EVIL. HE EXPERIENCED THE IMPACT OF SIN SICKNESS AND DISEASE AS HE BECAME OUR SUBSTITUTE. HE EXPERIENCED TIME CONSTRAINTS. HE EXPERIENCED TEMPTATIONS. 11 COR.5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. HEBREWS 4:14-16 14Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 15For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. YES JESUS WOULD BE DIFFERENT. HE FOUND THAT NOT EVERYONE WAS OUT FOR HIS GOOD OR THE GOOD OF OTHERS. HE FOUND OUT THAT NOT ALL WOULD BE GREATFULL THAT HE WAS HERE. HE WAS ATTACKED BY THE ENEMY WITH PAIN, HURTS, AND LOSSES. EVEN THOUGH HE NEVER SINNED HE EXPERIENCED SIN BY BECOMEING SIN FOR US IN OUR PLACE AND GIVING US THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN IT'S PLACE. HE WAS BEATEN, CUT, HIT, AND NAILED TO A PIECE OF WOOD. HE WAS DEGRADED, DISRESPECTED, DISHONORED, AND PUT TO DEATH. ONE OF HIS TWELVE SOLD HIM OUT. OTHERS TURNED AWAY AS HE WAS BEING CRUCIFIED. GOD HIS FATHER HAD TO TURN FROM HIM AS HE BECAME SIN IN OUR PLACE. HE WENT TO HELL AND PAID THE PRICE TAKING OUR PLACE THERE IN THE LAND OF TORMENT. WE WANT TO CRY WHEN SOMEONE DOESN'T SAY HI TO US. LET'S GROW UP. JESUS WENT THROUGH MORE IN HIS LAST WEEK ON EARTH THAT WE WILL GO THROUGH IN A LIFE TIME. HE DID IT FOR US. HE BROUGHT US BACK INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR FATHER GOD. JESUS KNOWS HOW WE FEEL AND HE CAN MINISTER TO US WHERE WE ARE IF WE BRING IT TO HIM. HE DID IT FOR ALL AND HE DID IT JUST FOR YOU. HE IS THERE WITH THE ANSWER BECAUSE HE LOVES YOU.. LOVE IS NOT A FEELING IT IS A CHOICE FOLLOWED UP WITH ACTIONS.
